Request for Tech group

Hi,

I would like to submit a request for the Technical Manager group to get administrator access, as to make certain changes and/or updates when it is needed.

Also, I would like to extend a hand in helping out with a new layout; I know some PHP, and have knowledge of CSS, among other programming languages.
